The Bake Club

  • January 2024 Bake Club Challenge
    by Rebecca Blackwell

Bake something fun, share it with the world, and you could win $50 Amazon gift card!

Thank you to all of you who participated in the December Bake Club Challenge and baked brown sugar cookies! The December Bake Club Winner is Elsa Tesfamariam. Congratulations Elsa!

And that's a wrap on 2023! Happy New Year, friends!

The January Bake Club Challenge is Hummingbird Cupcakes!

A tray of hummingbird cupcakes frosted with cream cheese buttercream and sprinkled with toasted coconut.

I cannot think of a better way to brighten up January than with these tropical tasting cupcakes. These creamy treats are flavored with bananas, pineapple, and allspice and topped with coconut cream cheese buttercream. They are bursting with flavor and so tender they practically melt in your mouth.

To enter this month's challenge, leave a comment on the recipe for hummingbird cupcakes telling me what you thought of them! Be sure to mention in your comment that you baked it for the bake club.

How to Participate in the Bake Club Challenge:

#1. Sign Up to Join the Bake Club

You'll receive an email each month when a new recipe challenge and prize is announced. This is also how I'll know how to contact you if you win.

When you sign up for the Bake Club, you'll be required to put in your name and email address. If you're selected as the winner, I'll send you an email to let you know!

(If you've signed up in the past, you're golden. It's not necessary to sign up every month.)

Sign up for the Bake Club!

Bake this month's challenge recipe and then leave a comment on the recipe telling me what you thought of it! Be sure to mention in your comment that you baked it for the Bake Club.
