The August, 2022 Bake Club Challenge Recipe is:
White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies!

These white chocolate raspberry cookies are HUGE, soft, chewy, oh so buttery, raspberry studded pieces of cookie heaven.
The cookies are filled with mini-white chocolate chips, plus a few that are sprinkled on top after they are baked but while they are still warm so that they get all melty and delicious.
They use frozen raspberries, which makes it easier for most of them to hold their shape while you mix them into the dough. Result = big, juicy chunks of raspberry in every bite.
How to Participate in the August Bake Club Challenge:
#1. Sign Up to Join the Bake Club
You’ll receive an email each month when a new recipe challenge and prize is announced. This is also how I’ll know how to contact you if you win.
When you sign up for the Bake Club, you’ll be required to put in your name and email address. If you’re selected as the winner, I’ll send you an email and ask you where to send your prize.
(If you’ve signed up in the past, you’re golden. It's not necissary to sign up every month.)
#2. Bake This Month's Challenge Recipe and Show it Off!
Snap a picture of your White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies and post it to Instagram, tagging it with #OfBatterAndDoughBakeClub.
