Bake something fun, share it with the world, and you could win a new Acaciawood Cake Stand!
Thank you for all of you who participated in the January Bake Club Challenge and baked Cherry Turnovers.
The January Bake Club Winner is Maria from Missouri! Congratulations Maria!
The February, 2022 Bake Club Challenge Recipe:
This chocolate loaf cake really is a cross between chocolate cake and brownies. It's lighter than fudge brownies, but every bit as fudgy.
The cake's crumb is impossibly soft and tender, cuts into easy to serve slices that you can eat with a plate and fork, or with your fingers, on the go. Eat it plain, or my favorite, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle of hot fudge.

Just submitted my entry for the February baking challenge. First of all, I am a chocolate FIEND - and can say this has to be the most chocolate-y tasting treat I have tried! Intense (in a good way)! The crumb is moist - a stick to your fork kind and I do have to agree - this IS a cross between a moist chocolate cake and a fudgy brownie. Delicious!
