This White Forest Cake is one of the most soft and creamy cakes I've ever made. Just like Black Forest Cake, it's a sloppy, saucy cake that might be better suited to a bowl and spoon than a plate and fork.
The white chocolate cake is moist, tender, buttery, and laced with the subtle flavor of white chocolate and vanilla. The layers are soaked in amaretto liquor before being stacked together with a thick layer of cherry sauce in the middle.
The cherry filling for this cake is a slightly thicker, amaretto spiked version of my favorite Cherry Sauce Recipe.
The whole thing is covered in White Chocolate Ganache Buttercream, which tastes exactly like the inside of a really good white chocolate truffle. It's impossibly rich, and so smooth and satiny that it literally melts on your tongue.

When you sign up for the Bake Club, you’ll be required to put in your name and email address. If you’re selected as the winner, I’ll send you an email and ask you where to send your prize.
(If you’ve signed up in the past, you’re golden. It's not necissary to sign up every month.)
#2. Bake This Month's Challenge Recipe and Show it Off!
Snap a picture of your White Forest Cake and post it to Instagram, tagging it with #OfBatterAndDoughBakeClub.
