Apple Fritters with Maple Glaze!

These are the kind of apple fritters you'd get at the very best kind of doughnut shop - soft yeast raised dough with a hint of nutmeg and orange, buttery cinnamon coated apples, and crackly maple glaze.
This recipe includes instructions for letting the apple fritters rise overnight so you can fry them up in the morning and enjoy them at their best - warm and fresh.
The October Bake Club Challenge Prize
This month's Bake Club winner will receive a Pine Forest Bundt Pan and a Holiday Mini Loaf Pan, both from Nordic Ware.
Baking with these two pans is one of my favorite ways to get into the holiday spirit. In fact, this recipe for Gingerbread Cake was created specifically for the Pine Forest Bundt Pan.

You’ll receive an email each month when a new recipe challenge and prize is announced. This is also how I’ll know how to contact you if you win.
When you sign up for the Bake Club, you’ll be required to put in your name and email address. If you’re selected as the winner, I’ll send you an email and ask you where to send your prize.
