Bake something fun, share it with the world, and you could win a beautiful Nordic Ware Braided Bundt Pan!

Happy New Year!!! And thank you for all of you who participated in the December Bake Club Challenge and baked Gingerbread Cakes!

The December Bake Club Winner is Linda from Michigan. Congratulations Linda!

The January, 2022 Bake Club Challenge Recipe:

    Cherry Cream Cheese Turnovers!

A stack of two cherry turnovers with the top turnover broken in half so you can see the cherry cream cheese filling.

These cherry turnovers are, in my humble opinion, the perfect thing to bake in January when I'm craving something fresh and fruity, but we are still months away from spring.

Plus, frozen puff pastry and frozen cherries makes whipping up a batch of these creamy turnovers a breeze. Make them for breakfast, brunch, dessert, or as the best afternoon pick-me-up ever.

    The January Bake Club Prize!

Nordic Ware 75th Anniversary Braided Bundt Pan

    Nordic Ware Braided Bundt Pan

The beautiful interwoven design of this bundt pan is meant to symbolize togetherness, continuity and strength, which feels like a lovely way to begin a new year.

Nordic Ware makes a lot of gorgeous cast bundt pans, so if you're the winner of this month's challenge and you'd rather have a different one, just let me know.

How to Participate in the January Bake Club Challenge:

#1. Sign Up to Join the Bake Club

You’ll receive an email each month when a new recipe challenge and prize is announced. This is also how I’ll know how to contact you if you win.
