October 2023 Bake Club Challenge

Before we get to the October challenge, there's a bit of a change to the entry rules. Instead of sending a photo to me or posting a photo to Instagram, all you need to do to enter the challenge is leave a comment on the recipe telling me what you thought of it.

Of course, if you want to send a photo to me just for the fun of it, please do. It has been so fun over the years to see what you all have baked. 😊

The October Bake Club Challenge Recipe is...

White Chocolate Chip Cookies!

These brown butter white chocolate chip cookies are soft and chewy with a rich toffee flavor that just melts in your mouth. Make the basic recipe or toss in some macadamia nuts or dried cranberries for white chocolate macadamia cookies or white chocolate cranberry cookies.

OR, add or substitute whatever you like. You can even use dark chocolate chips instead of white chocolate. They are your cookies, do as you wish.

To enter this month's challenge, simply make a batch of cookies and then leave a comment on the white chocolate chip cookie recipe telling me what you thought of them! Be sure to mention in your comment that you baked them for the bake club.

You’ll receive an email each month when a new recipe challenge and prize is announced. This is also how I’ll know how to contact you if you win.

When you sign up for the Bake Club, you’ll be required to put in your name and email address. If you’re selected as the winner, I’ll send you an email and ask you where to send your prize.

(If you’ve signed up in the past, you’re golden. It's not necessary to sign up every month.)
