The March 2023 Bake Club Challenge Recipe Irish Apple Cake!

I make Corned Beef and Cabbage with Mustard Sauce and Parsley Buttered Potatoes and THIS cake every year on St. Patrick's Day. It's one of the holidays for which I cook the same menu year after year and never tire of it.
Irish Apple Cake is a soft vanilla cake that's subtly sweet, packed with apples, and gently flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
The cake is traditionally served with the custard sauce that you'll find in the recipe, but whiskey sauce is also a delicious choice.
How to Participate in the March Bake Club Challenge:
#1. Sign Up to Join the Bake Club

(If you’ve signed up in the past, you’re golden. It's not necessary to sign up every month.)
