For the Dough: •  Whole milk •  Granulated sugar •  Active dry yeast •  Egg + 1 large egg yolk •  Salted butter

Make the dough

Simply fit the mixer with the dough hook, add the ingredients to the mixing bowl, and let the mixer do all the work.


Fill and Shape the Cinnamon Rolls

Dump the dough out onto a clean counter top and roll it out into a rectangle that's about 18 inches long and 12 inches wide.


Let the rolls rise,  then bake

Put the rolls into a buttered baking dish and brush the tops with even more melted butter.
