Chocolate Chip Cake

with Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Icing

Extra soft and fluffy!

Ingredients:

Cake flour  Bk powder Salt Butter Sugar Eggs Vanilla

Buttermilk Mini chocolate chips Heavy cream Peanut Butter

Step #1

Stir cake flour, baking powder, and salt with a wire whisk to blend.

Step #2

Beat butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Step #3

Beat in eggs and vanilla...

Step #4

Add buttermilk and flour in alternating additions, beating on low just until combined.

Step #5

Stir in mini Chocolate Chips.

Step #6

Whip heavy cream until it can hold it's shape.

Step #7

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cake batter.

Step #8

Spread the batter into a bundt pan and bake for 65 - 75 minutes.

Step #9

While the cake cools, melt chocolate and peanut butter over low heat.

Step #10

Drizzle the icing over the top of the cake.

Slice and serve.
