Single Layer Cakes

Single layer cakes can be simple, no-fuss cakes perfect for casual occasions and sweet tooth cravings. But, they can also be elegant, special occasion cakes, hand crafted for special occasions and dinner parties. This is a collection of my favorite single layer cake recipes.
