Mini Cookie Recipes

Bite size Mini Cookies are the perfect way to add a little bit of sweetness to every day. While cookies of any size are always welcome in my house, there's something extra fun about mini cookies.

Not only are they adorable, mini cookies make for easy portion control. Whether you grab a handful or just one or two, little bite size cookies make it easy to decide how much or how little of a good thing you want right now.

You can make mini cookies using almost any recipe just by shaping the cookies into smaller portions than you normally would. But, this collection of mini cookie recipes are designed to be small.

Try these chewy little Gingersnap Cookies, which are all about sugar and spice, and everything nice. Pecan Sand Tarts are 6-ingredient, not too sweet, buttery, 2-bite cookies that are blissfully addicting.

And don't let the holiday season go by without a batch of Double Chocolate Kiss Cookies or Peppermint Hot Fudge Thumbprint Cookies.

Mini muffins are also the perfect choice for entertaining. Whether you're making a brunch spread for a crowd or preparing for house guests, offering several kinds of mini muffins is the way to go.

Hello! I'm Rebecca Blackwell, writer, recipe developer, and food photographer. My husband and I are nomads without a home base but with many modes of transportation, namely an RV, a motorcycle, and a sailboat.

While I have cooked professionally, I am a home cook and baker who writes recipes for other home cooks and bakers. My home happens to have wheels, and occasionally sails, which should tell you that if the recipes work in my tiny kitchen, they will certainly work in yours.
