Hand pies and turnovers are hand held treats that involve a sweet or savory filling enclosed in pastry. Turnovers are usually made with puff pastry and hand pies with pie pastry. But, their filling is limited only by the imagination. This is a small collection of my favorite turnover and hand pie recipes.
