French Pastries

French Pastries are the epitome of elegance and indulgence.

French bakers are famous for their creation of decadent desserts and luxurious pastries, and for good reason. Some of the world's most delicious pastries come from France. In fact, the English word dessert actually comes from the French word desservir, which means “to clear the table”.

Most French Pastries are made of pastry cream, custard, chocolate, and fruit. Some of the most popular French Pastry Recipes are Eclairs, Profiteroles, Pots de Creme, and the classic French Napoleon.
